This would definitely save more time from shrinking and blowing up drawn images to blur them□. What I think that would make FlipaClip much of an easier app to edit animations further, is by adding a blur pen tool, that allows you to blur anything at any opacity. There is a pretty much easy to use UI and and many good features like adding sounds and videos/pictures. I’ve been using FlipaClip for about a year now and let me just say this is one of the BEST mobile animating softwares. Got a question? Contact us at or check out

I now have a portable Wikipedia I can access any time, anywhere I go with or without internet. If I ever lose power, no big deal since it all runs locally. I have the full Wikipedia on my laptop running locally in Docker. Kiwix is a fun way to harness tons of information in a very small form factor. To resume a wget download it’s very straight forward. In Windows application the item is called Local Kiwix Server. This will stop the download and then you can shutdown your computer if you need. In the terminal window that is downloading your file just hit ctrl + C on your keyboard. If you find yourself in a situation where you’re downloading a large file and need to shutdown your computer during the download for whatever reason, no problem, you can pause the download. The plaintiff’s attorney, Matthew Gould, was pleased with the ruling. Olson and her attorney are currently appealing the decision. In a ruling, the court ruled that there was “overwhelming evidence” that the ad was deceptive and therefore not protected under the California Anti-Intrusion Law, so the Norton Antivirus Class Action lawsuit was tossed out. However, the jury decided that Olson had actually proved the company’s claim that her husband should have been aware of the danger if he had installed the software. Instead, the plaintiff’s testimony only showed that her husband had seen a marketing campaign in the computer repair shop where she purchased the software. When her attorney attempted to show the jury that Symantec’s claims that the software would provide total protection were not based in any fact, the court ruled that there was insufficient evidence to prove that claim. She initially asked the court to rule that her husband had not suffered damages because he had no intention of buying the product, but the court decided to consider the trial as an attempt to “revenge” Olson’s decision to sue the company. She contacted Symantec, who denied liability for the crash, but offered to refund her for her purchase.Īfter her first attempts to get a class action suit dismissed failed, Olson decided to take her case to trial. However, when her computer crashed and restarted, it failed to recognize her husband’s email. The lawsuit had been launched by a woman named Lisa Olson, who had purchased the product for her husband and was told at the time that it was completely safe and secure. However, after four unsuccessful attempts, a California state court judge has now quashed a proposed class suit accusing Symantec of hiding a critical security flaw in their Norton Antivirus program, ruling that the plaintiff cannot prove that the ad that she relied on to buy the program was deceptive. When a class action suit was brought against Symantec Corporation, the corporation quickly dropped their antivirus program as a defendant because they said that the software itself was not an issue. Tigar had allowed Haskins to amend her claim under the Tobacco II “Long-Term Advertising Campaign” exception theory if she could specifically identify how she had been deceived over the scope of the advertising campaign for Norton Antivirus software. It is plain from the numerous iterations of the complaint in this action that plaintiff cannot allege that she saw any specific representation.” In his June 2 dismissal Order, Tigar wrote that instead of making a specific allegation, Haskins “alleges conclusorily that she relied on a very long list of representations, and that she was exposed to those representations. Haskins was asked to explain to the court which specific marketing materials she relied on when she bought Norton Antivirus software, but she was unable to do so to the satisfaction of Judge Tigar. Judge Tigar had given plaintiff Kathleen Haskins a third and final chance to amend her Norton Antivirus class action lawsuit in December. Consumers did not find out about the breach until 2012, the class action lawsuit said, even though it made the software vulnerable to cyberattack. Plaintiff Kathleen Haskins sued Symantec in April 2013, claiming she and other consumers did not get the antivirus protection that was advertised for certain Norton Antivirus products because hackers breached Symantec’s network in 2006, stealing the software’s source code. of hiding a security flaw in its Norton Antivirus software, ruling the plaintiff could not prove which allegedly deceptive ads she relied on to purchase the product. After four unsuccessful tries, a California federal judge has finally quashed a proposed class action lawsuit accusing Symantec Corp. Snippets on the other hand, have much less to load. With over 2000 lines of code, the scene does take a very slight amount of time to load. The flow of the load goes in this process:Ĭonfiguration > Routing (Input, AES50A, AES50B, Card, Out) > User Assign Settings > Channels 1-32 > Aux In 1-8 > FX Returns > Mixbusses 1-16 > Matrix 1-6 > Main LR > M/C > DCAs > FX Racks > XLR Output 1-16 > Aux Output 1-6 > P16 Outputs > AES/EBU Output > USB Recorder > Global Headamp Gains When the X32 loads a scene, it replaces every parameter one by one starting from the top of the board and going through all of the board. We can see an example of this below with the muting of channel 1: snp file can be as little as two lines of code all the way up to 2000+ lines of code. Just like the scenes, snippets are also an ASCII format but it is saved as a. This can be useful for saving fader position on a set of channels, or even muting a set of channels. Snippets allow for saving of a specific set of parameters on a specific set of channels. We can see an example of this file in the photo below: scn file has over 2000 items that it saves in an ASCII format which you can view and edit from a text editor (Notepad, TextEdit or my favorite TextMate). When you save a scene, it takes a snapshot of every parameter of the board from routing, to fader position, all the way down to EQ settings, and it saves it to a. This is the backbone of the ‘Show Control’. The X32 uses Scenes as its main save function. It is obvious that I love the use of Effects on the X32, you can probably tell because I have dedicated so much time with my X32 Effects Tutorials! However, another one of my favorite parts of the board is the ‘Show Control’ which consists of snippets, scenes, and cues. Not only do the three work together but getting a firm grasp on how to use these three things can improve your workflow on the sound board! The Behringer X32 Snippets, Scenes, and Cues are a commonly overlooked and misunderstood feature of the Behringer X32 and Midas M32 console. With these values we can now extrude the 2D shapes and let them overlap using rotate and translate transforms:Įstimated_length = len(txt) * font_size * 2 For the length we can take the number of characters in the text, multiply this by the font size and then use a safety factor of two. Here we can simply assume ‘3 x font size’. For the “suitable length” of the first shape, we need to estimate what the maximum height of the text will be. If we extrude each of the shapes by a suitable length and then superimpose them, the intersection of these two shapes should have exactly the geometry we are looking for. What we’re missing now is a way to combine these two 2D shapes. Note that this time we have only extruded by one millimeter. Now we have another 2D shape representing the height of our text. We start by defining another submodule text_area and create the text inside of it again as a 2D base shape and extrude it to 3 millimeters: We’re going to try it anyway, and we have to dig deep into our bag of tricks to do it. It may be surprising, but there is no way in OpenSCAD to find out these dimensions! This limitation of OpenSCAD makes it very difficult to define geometries that automatically adapt to a given text. The height will be similar to the font size. To continue in our model description, it would be useful if we could get the width and height of the text. In this case we extrude ( linear_extrude) the text to the desired depth of the stamp relief. We can use the resulting text geometry like any other 2D basic shape. As with circles, spheres or cylinders, we can specify the level of detail of the geometry with the special variable $fn. We set the vertical and horizontal alignment of the font ( valign and halign) to center and pass txt, font size and font type as further parameters. In the relief submodule we use the 2D base shape text to generate a two-dimensional geometry of the stamp text. The fourth parameter stamp_depth defines the depth of the stamp relief. An overview of the fonts available in OpenSCAD can be found in the menu under Help -> Font List. The parameter txt sets the text of the stamp, the parameter font_size sets the (maximum) height of a regular capital letter in millimeters and the parameter font sets the font to be used. Our module stamp has four parameters for now. Stamp_depth = 2, // depth of the stamp relief Font = "Liberation Sans:style=Bold Italic", Instagram & Twitter: you for checking out my post. There is also another part that seems to add an odd mix to the story. This explains why Josh is no longer a part of the Graveyard Carz cast as well as his whereabouts now. So, he had to leave for his home country of Australia. So, apart from the fact that a strain on Josh’s relationship with Allysa was bound to make it difficult for the ex-couple to keep working together on the show, their eventual divorce led to Josh having problems with the immigration authorities in the US, which also affected his ability to continue working in the country. In case you don’t already know, Allysa is Mark Worman’s daughter. Thus, we decided to look deeper and we have found indications that Josh’s departure from the show is probably related both to his divorce from Allysa and his departure from the USA after that. This is possibly true, although we wonder how such an important cast member of the show would be allowed to go because of such a reason. There is a rumor that Josh left the show because he felt short-changed. Alongside his ex-wife Allysa Rose, Josh was a member of the Graveyard Carz cast from the pilot stage in 2011 up until 2014, appearing in four seasons. Josh is an Australian-American former soccer player who transformed into an auto-engineer. Graveyard Carz Cast Members Who Left The Show Josh Rose Josh Rose: Image source So, we ask, who are the show’s cast members who have called it quits, why did they leave and where have they been? These are the kinds of questions we are here to answer. This makes it a bit of news that some members of the team have quit – not just one or two, but up to three at least. The cast of this show is notably more stable than a lot of other reality series for the fact that it is composed of a dedicated team of professionals who mostly work full-time, not only on the show but also for Worman’s workshop, Welby’s Car Care Center in Springfield, Oregon. We are here to talk about the Graveyard Carz cast members who have left the show. It is this same desire to bring back some of the past that led Mark Worman and his colleagues (Aaron Smith and Casey Faris) to create Graveyard Carz, a Motortrends’ reality series that focuses on the efforts of a team of auto-engineers and artisans in restoring totally wrecked Mopar muscle cars from the late 1960s and early 1970s. However, the show seems to have weathered the storm and is still active. We probably all yearn for the yesteryears’ kinds of stuff (music, dressing, lifestyle, etc) at some points in our lives. There have also been controversies that have led to some fearing that Graveyard Carz will be cancelled. There have been several Graveyard Carz cast changes, with most of them resulting from behind-the-scene issues and drama. And while the show has been successful and garnered a lot of attention, it has not been without challenges. However, his net worth is estimated to be around $250,000 with much of the wealth coming from the show.įor eight years, muscle car enthusiasts have enjoyed several dozen restorations of American classic cars on Graveyard Carz. There is not much public information about how much he is paid per episode. Having starred in every episode of the show, Royal Yoakum has earned quite a significant amount from Graveyard Carz. He is the brains of the operation and works with other cast members to organize and execute the restoration of the cars on the shows. He has worked on them since childhood, and thus brings a lot of experience to the show. Just like Mark Worman, Royal Yoakum has vast experience in handling cars. Good Trouble cast and characters: bios, net worth, other roles The bright, pretty colours complement the poignant themes of grief, mourning and trauma, and the story explores some heavy stuff at times. True Colors appears idyllic and cosy thanks to its world design and well-crafted sense of an endearing, closely knit community. She goes through a journey of self-improvement and closure that makes for some very poignant moments, particularly when we see her experiencing things for the first time: learning what “belonging” is, becoming part of a community, discovering what “home” means to her, learning how to forgive, dealing with life’s challenges, and ultimately understanding how to “just live”, as the game puts it. She wants to help others, and uses her power to be a mirror for others’ extreme emotions. Alex herself is extremely charming, witty, intelligent and kind, and she’s a true empath. The central setting is cosy, and the premise of main character Alex Chen looking for a place to settle down and call home alongside the brother she hasn’t seen for years is compelling. Its runtime of barely three hours and the abrupt ending of each episode makes this all the more troubling, particularly if you paid full price for it on its original release.īut I thankfully didn’t, and taking the price question out of the equation made my time in Haven Springs feel worthwhile despite my stay only being a brief one. My main criticism is that it’s simply too short - and this is made all the more obvious by its episodic nature. Let’s go over the minor nitpicks first, since True Colors isn’t by any means perfect. Life is Strange 2 improved its characterisation with two greatly captivating and interesting leads, but still failed to create an outstanding cast outside of them, and its plot was lacklustre.īut then came Life is Strange: True Colors, the best in the series by far. Obviously from that critique alone, it should go without saying that I did not enjoy my time with Life is Strange: Before the Storm either, since that is a prequel that stars Chloe. The game also failed at making its secondary characters interesting, leaving them feeling throwaway, and the work as a whole lacking in depth and a sense of coherent story. Its original game had a great premise with its focal point being the “butterfly effect”, but left me aggravated by its love interest, Chloe, a character who, despite the fact we were clearly supposed to sympathise with her, was far too immature and selfish (and really, really fucking annoying – Ed.) to deserve any kind of impactful emotional attachment. Life is Strange as a series of games never really did it for me. It is no longer maintained, but it might work for.
